HatchVerse is a free children’s app made by HatchVerse Media. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. There are no accounts and nothing to buy. Please use HatchVerse as intended, and read these terms with a grown-up.
Who provides HatchVerse
HatchVerse is created and operated by Easy Check, LLC d/b/a HatchVerse Media. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Easy Check, LLC d/b/a HatchVerse Media. These terms cover the HatchVerse app and the website at gethatchverse.com.
Agreeing to these terms
By downloading, opening, or using HatchVerse, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use HatchVerse. Because HatchVerse is made for children, a parent or guardian should review these terms and supervise a child’s use.
Parental responsibility
HatchVerse is designed for children to use with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Grown-ups are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the app and for the parent-gated settings (“ask a grown-up”), including clearing the collection and adjusting preferences.
Your license to use the app
HatchVerse is free. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial family use. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly permits it
- Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, the website, or related systems
- Use HatchVerse for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others
- Remove or obscure any branding, notices, or attributions
Intellectual property
HatchVerse, including its name, design, text, characters, and all animal artwork, is owned by HatchVerse Media and protected by intellectual property laws. Using the app or website does not transfer any ownership or rights to you beyond the limited license described above.
The HatchVerse website
gethatchverse.com is an informational marketing site. It has no accounts, sign-ups, or purchases. We may update or change the website’s content at any time, and links to third-party services (such as the App Store) are provided for convenience and are governed by those third parties’ own terms.
App stores
If you download HatchVerse from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for HatchVerse or its content.
Disclaimer
HatchVerse is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HatchVerse Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) HatchVerse. HatchVerse is a free app and collects no personal information.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how HatchVerse handles information. In short: no personal information is collected, and only a small set of anonymous usage events is used to improve the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of HatchVerse after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HatchVerse Media operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
